Program Manager

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role will partner with business and technical teams to coordinate schedules, manage risks and dependencies, track budgets, and provide visibility into program performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring key milestones and deliverables stay on track
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and planning sessions
• Monitor timelines, budgets, resource needs, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare executive-level reporting and maintain program governance documentation
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and mitigation planning
• Support deployment readiness and collaborate with teams responsible for release activities
• Assist with resource planning and promote accountability across project teams

Requirements:

• Experience supporting program, project, or delivery management efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience monitoring project risks, dependencies, action items, and key decisions to ensure successful delivery
• Background working within technology, software, analytics, digital transformation, or other business-driven environments
• Familiarity with project and work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or comparable platforms
• Exposure to emerging technologies, data initiatives, advanced analytics, or AI-driven projects is a plus
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable partnering with both business and technical stakeholders at various levels of an organization
• Highly accountable with a strong focus on execution, follow-through, and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to build relationships, drive collaboration, and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail

Preferred Certifications: While not required, the following certifications are considered a plus:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent credentials
• Agile and scaled Agile certifications, including Scrum, SAFe, or related frameworks
• Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or Agile Delivery certifications
• IT service management certifications or experience working within IT governance frameworks
