Program Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a high-potential Program Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across operations, technology, process improvement, and organizational change.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1-4 years of experience) who is highly ambitious, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants direct exposure to senior leadership. You'll help drive cross-functional initiatives, bring structure to complex problems, align stakeholders, and ensure critical projects move forward.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and drive multiple initiatives across business and technology teams
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders
  • Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and decision-making
  • Measure program success through KPIs and performance metrics
  • Identify roadblocks and drive solutions
  • Bring structure and organization to fast-moving, evolving environments

What We're Looking For

  • 1-4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, consulting, or a similar role
  • Strong ownership mentality and bias for action
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with leadership
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI and productivity tools is a plus
