The Program Manager for Large Project & MILCON Liaison provides senior-level oversight and coordination of major facility projects and military construction (MILCON) efforts. This position serves as a key liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of facility projects with NASIC mission requirements.

Responsibilities:
Oversee planning and execution of large facility and MILCON projects supporting NASIC.
Serve as liaison between project management, planning teams, line management, and external stakeholders.
Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance; prepare status reports and briefings.
Coordinate resolution of project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestone charts.
Lead coordination with Government stakeholders for project approvals and reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCI Certifications: PMI certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent PMI program/project management credential Education / Years of Experience:
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in program or project management of facilities or large capital projects.
Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field
Extensive experience managing large facility or MILCON projects in DoD or similar environments.
