Program Manager Lead

This role ensures that complex, cross functional work comes together seamlessly across dozens of systems, teams, and delivery streams. You will own program level orchestration, delivery governance, dependency management, and operational rigor at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross Functional Delivery Orchestration
  • Coordinate delivery across:
    • Technology
    • Analytics
    • Marketing
    • Lines of Business (LOBs)
  • Ensure all teams are aligned to shared milestones, dependencies, and release plans.
Program Roadmap & Dependency Management
  • Manage execution of the end to end program roadmap.
  • Identify, track, and resolve dependencies across channels, platforms, and workstreams.
  • Maintain a clear, predictable delivery path for high visibility initiatives.
Governance & Operating Cadence
  • Establish and run a scaled operating cadence that supports consistent, repeatable delivery.
  • Lead delivery governance, including:
    • Intake
    • Prioritization
    • Release planning
    • Cross team alignment
Program Health & Reporting
  • Track and report on:
    • Program health
    • Milestones
    • Risks and issues
    • Financials and resource utilization
  • Provide executive ready visibility into progress, blockers, and decisions needed.
Scaling & Operational Maturity
  • Support the evolution from 400+ experiences to sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Build the structures, processes, and rhythms needed to scale without chaos.
Resource & Capacity Planning
  • Drive resource planning across teams and ensure capacity aligns with program priorities.
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate needs and proactively address gaps.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in program management, delivery leadership, or large scale orchestration
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi team programs
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, personalization, or customer experience ecosystems
  • Expertise in dependency management, governance, and cross functional alignment
  • Exceptional communication and executive level reporting skills
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity, and predictability to fast moving environments
