Program Manager

A growing advanced manufacturing company is hiring a Program Manager to support key customer programs in the aerospace and defense industry.

This is a highly visible role focused on customer communication, program execution, operations coordination, and driving overall customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery and program performance.

Requirements:• Program management experience in manufacturing or electronics environments• Aerospace & defense industry experience preferred• Strong customer-facing communication skills• Experience managing delivery, quality, pricing, change orders, and operational metrics• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
