Project Manager - Cork Engineering

Job Description:

Project-manage key developments for the Cork design engineering team. Fulfil project-management, monitoring, reporting, admin and documentation commitments to ensure project objectives and schedules are met.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Agile project setup and maintenance
• Maintenance of latest Fab/Assembly/Test costs to facilitate project costing
• Maintenance of latest Fab/Assembly/Test time information to facilitate project scheduling
• Project status monitoring
• Project gate review meeting coordination
• Project gate approval management
• Project documentation maintenance: datasheets, qualification plans, project gate review material
• Project checklist tracking
• Project engineering meetings: document, distribute and track actions
• Part number creation
• Engineering build coordination
• Sample shipment coordination
• Change order approval management
• Procurement: purchase requisition generation (including AMA, CER tracking)
• Document/Generate new procedures as needed to improve project flow and efficiency
