ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

• 7-8 years of Program & Portfolio Delivery Management Experience.
• Good to have Program Management Certification
• Sound knowledge of Agile Delivery Planning and Execution
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Cross-Functional Leadership and Executive Leadership Reporting Skills
• Vendor Management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leads execution of quarterly delivery plans aligned to strategic priorities
• Translates committed work into actionable delivery plans across teams
• Monitor delivery progress and Eligible to workimize flow of work across the system
• Identifies and manages risks, dependencies and impediments
• Drives delivery progress and resolves execution gaps
• Ensures work entering delivery is clear, prioritized, and ready prior to planning cycles
• Influences sequencing and trade off decision across teams based on capacity, dependencies and delivery data
• Owns family-level dashboards for KPIs, OKRs and team health
• Provides weekly and monthly status on progress against quarterly objectives
• Ensures consistency, quality and accuracy of delivery reporting
• Uses data and qualitative signals to highlight risks, trends and improvement areas
• Drives data-informed decision making through standardized metrics
• Translates delivery metrics into actionable insights to inform leadership decisions at the portfolio level
• Facilitates quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning sessions across teams
• Ensures alignment of priorities, capacity, cross-team dependencies, and sequencing of work
• Coordinates cross-team dependencies and integration points
• Drives stakeholder engagement across product, engineering, and partners
• Establishes clear quarterly commitments and success measures
• Ensures planning readiness by surfacing gaps in scope clarity, dependencies, and decision-making ahead of planning events
• Coordinates across internal teams (Product, Engineering, MarTech, Analytics)
• Manages relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors
