Required Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations Management
Background in manufacturing, steel, metals, or heavy industrial environments
Experience with:
Plant operations / production environments
Supply chain and production planning
Cross-functional program leadership
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience in steel, metals, or metal fabrication
PMP certification or similar
Engineering or operations-related degree
Experience leading plant-level initiatives or capital projects

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple manufacturing and operations programs from planning through execution
Partner with plant operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure on-time production and delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence)
Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
Manage program timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
Identify risks within production, supply chain, and operations and implement mitigation plans
Support capital projects, including equipment installation and process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company policies
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership
