Zachary Piper is hiring for a Program Manager in Cincinnati, OH to advance internal development and production programs for up-and-coming aerospace client developing space avionics systems. This individual will be working a 9/80 schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and run product lines at a high production rate
- Manage P&L for product lines and implement earned value system
- Being able to build teams and create relationships with different departments
- Drive execution across engineering, operations, quality, finance, contracts, and finance teams
- Improve supply chain and maintain capacity planning for manufacturing and operational scale of product lines
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or program management
- Experience with Commercialization, new product introduction, and transition to production efforts
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Compensation Package:
- Salary Range: 160k-185k (Relocation offered for non-local candidates)
