Program Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a company focused on building advanced sensor and hardware products for federal and defense-related applications. This position is onsite in the Cincinnati / Mason, OH area. The Program Manager will lead the stand-up and execution of a new internal product build organization, driving alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a production and program structure from the ground up and directly shape how new products are delivered at scale.

Responsibilities for the Program Manager include:

• Lead internal product builds across sensor and hardware product lines, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain
• Develop and implement program structures including financial tracking, inventory management, and production planning
• Establish operational processes and procedures to support scalable production and consistent delivery
• Translate customer and program requirements into executable product plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver
• Identify and resolve gaps across supply chain, production, and program execution while driving continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include:

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related roles
• Strong background in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Proven experience managing production, operations, or internal hardware builds
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Compensation for the Program Manager include:

• Salary Range: $130,000-190,000 depending on experience
