Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

Lead large-scale banking and insurance technology programs, delivering multi-project initiatives across regulatory, digital, and infrastructure domains with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Drive regulatory and compliance programs (AML, FATCA, CCPA, OSFI, Basel), ensuring alignment with risk, security, audit, and governance standards. Manage cross-functional, multi-vendor, and globally distributed teams, coordinating development, testing, architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Own program governance and executive reporting, presenting health, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and steering committees. Control program financials, including estimation, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance management for multimillion-dollar initiatives. Support Waterfall and Agile delivery models, integrating SDLC, sprint planning, release management, and production readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Lead large-scale banking and insurance technology programs
• Deliver multi-project initiatives across regulatory, digital, and infrastructure domains
• Full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Drive regulatory and compliance programs (AML, FATCA, CCPA, OSFI, Basel)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Experience in managing globally distributed teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate with development, testing, architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Present program health, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and steering committees
• Manage program financials including estimation, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance management
