    Position SummaryValbin Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a potential contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.The Program/Site Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of contractor operations supporting combat training and pre-deployment training activities. Serving as the primary on-site management representative, the Program/Site Manager ensures all contractual requirements are met by effectively managing personnel, resources, schedules, quality, and operational readiness. This position provides leadership to assigned staff while maintaining close coordination with Government representatives to ensure training objectives are accomplished safely, efficiently, and within established timelines and budget constraints. Contingent upon contract award Key Responsibilities
    • Direct and oversee daily contract operations to ensure successful execution of combat training and pre-deployment training support activities.
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the completion of all assigned tasks within established schedules, budget limitations, and performance objectives.
    • Schedule, assign, and monitor work performed by subordinate personnel, subcontractors, and supporting staff to ensure timely completion of all assigned requirements.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior personnel to promote professional development and operational effectiveness.
    • Enforce established work standards, policies, and procedures while conducting routine performance reviews and resolving operational discrepancies to ensure full compliance with contract requirements.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and contractor personnel regarding operational planning, execution, resource management, and mission support activities.
    • Provide recommendations and guidance concerning the planning, execution, sustainment, and reconstitution of personnel, equipment, and operational assets.
    • Assist Government personnel in managing operational schedules, resource allocation, staffing requirements, cost controls, and quality assurance efforts to meet mission objectives.
    • Apply knowledge of pre-deployment training requirements, combat training methodologies, and operational planning to support realistic and effective training events.
    • Monitor contract performance and identify operational risks, staffing concerns, scheduling conflicts, and resource shortfalls; develop practical solutions and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Evaluate available information, exercise sound judgment, and provide informed recommendations to Government leadership regarding operational improvements and mission execution.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, security, environmental, and quality assurance requirements.
    • Prepare reports, maintain operational records, and communicate project status, accomplishments, and issues to Government representatives and corporate leadership.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience supporting combat training planning and execution.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting pre-deployment training exercises and operational readiness activities.
    • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and train junior personnel in a dynamic operational environment.
    • Experience managing personnel schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation across multiple functional areas.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing requirements.
    • Ability to identify operational issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop effective recommendations and corrective actions.
    • Experience managing project schedules, quality, cost, and performance objectives.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with Government personnel, subcontractors, and internal management.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other project management or scheduling software.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting U.S. Army or Department of Defense combat training centers, mission rehearsal exercises, or large-scale collective training events.
    • Knowledge of military training doctrine, operational planning processes, and exercise lifecycle management.
    • Previous experience managing contractor personnel under federal service contracts.
    • Familiarity with quality control processes, risk management principles, and performance-based service contracts.
