A leading services organization in New York City is seeking a new Program Manager to join their staff remotely, planning and coordinating non-IT projects, such as engineering and research initiatives.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: Standard business
Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
Coordinating projects and detailed planning
Presenting proposals and reports to clients
Recruiting and evaluating staff
Analyzing technology and market demand
Discussing project specifications with management
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of production processes
Proficient in Business Management principles
Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Ability to work independently and manage time
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related field
Additional certifications in Project Management
Advanced knowledge of Financial Systems
