Program Manager

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting IT third-party strategy execution.
• Serve as a central coordination point across OCIO, sourcing, finance, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Establish and maintain operating cadence, including tracking milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor program performance, including financials and key metrics, providing data-driven insights.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and operating models.
• Provide guidance and informal leadership to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of job-related experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's Degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of IT third-party management, including contract governance and vendor management.
• Ability to build alignment and influence decisions across senior leaders and external partners.
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently.
