    \n

    An established industrial construction organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead oil & gas electrical and instrumentation projects. You'll direct E&I work across upstream, midstream, downstream, petrochemical, and gas processing facilities — from estimating through commissioning and closeout — owning safety, schedule, cost, and client relationships on greenfield and brownfield work.

    What You'll Do

    • \n
    • Own safety, schedule, cost, margin, and client satisfaction across your project portfolio
    • \n
    • Lead teams through mobilization, execution, commissioning, turnover, and closeout
    • \n
    • Oversee power distribution, switchgear, MCCs, instrumentation, controls, and PLC/DCS systems
    • \n
    • Coordinate brownfield tie-ins, shutdowns, turnarounds, and operating-facility work
    • \n
    • Drive weekly project health reviews and lead recovery planning on distressed projects
    • \n
    • Coach and develop project managers, construction managers, and superintendents
    • \n
    \n

    What You Bring

    \n


    \n
    • \n
    • 10+ years of direct oil & gas construction experience with progressive leadership responsibility
    • \n
    • Experience in upstream, midstream, gas processing, refining, petrochemical, or LNG facilities
    • \n
    • Strong background in industrial power distribution, instrumentation, and classified-area work
    • \n
    • Experience planning brownfield work, tie-ins, shutdowns, and turnarounds
    • \n
    • Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, P&IDs, estimates, and cost reports
    • \n
    • Based in Houston or Odessa, TX, with regular travel to project and client sites
    • \n
    \n

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • \n
    • EPC or self-perform construction background across dispersed project portfolios
    • \n
    • PMP, electrical license, OSHA 30, or NFPA 70E credentials
    • \n
    \n
