Target hiring range for this position will be between $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Job Summary:

Kellogg Executive Education offers a wide range of programs which include in-person Custom and Open Enrollment Programs as well as asynchronous Online Programs. Our portfolio of publicly available Open Enrollment Programs serves a broader population of executives, delivering high-impact concentrated learning experience for senior executives through programs on leadership, finance, marketing, AI and other topics.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Online Program Delivery, the Program Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of all aspects of the online and blended Executive Education programs. The Program Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of online and blended open enrollment, custom and partner programs and acts as the Executive Education point of contact for participants, clients, facilitators and faculty.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired.
5 -10 years related experience.
Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple events, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong customer service orientation.
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.)
Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail and flexibility.
Ability to take ownership of process and develop new initiatives.
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimum supervision.
Excellent knowledge of business functions (marketing, finance, accounting, operations).
Ability to professionally interact with faculty, clients, and executives at all levels internally and externally.
Must be flexible and able to manage stressful situations with a proven record of effectively dealing with conflicts and ability to prevent or reduce them.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to provide indirect supervision to others; ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Ability to display attention to detail; support organization policies; anticipate client needs and respond accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
3-4 years' experience in event planning, conference coordination, management of educational programs or relevant experience in a high-profile role working with senior level clients.
Experience in online learning (asynchronous, paced, and blended).
