Introduction
Our company is marching toward the commercialization of our ride-hail service, and laying the foundation to efficiently scale our fleet operations is critical. We need a highly capable, forward-thinking, and tenacious Program Manager to drive the deployment of our operations infrastructure projects (focused on IT and data infrastructure) as well as support autonomous navigation within these sites.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in operations infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of IT and data infrastructure deployment.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical challenges and ensure operational resilience.
- Prior work experience in a similar industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with autonomous navigation systems.
- Background in telecommunications and vendor management.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge technical requirements with operational needs.
- Champion site-wide stability and manage technical challenges.
- Support mission-critical mapping, testing, and validation programs.
- Design and implement strategic site planning frameworks.
- Train and support site operations teams and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Partner with telecommunications providers to ensure rapid site activation.
- Collaborate with Information Security teams to ensure data compliance.
