This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.- Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.- Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.- Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.- Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.- Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.- Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus.- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.#LI-RemoteXometry is an equal opportunity employer.
