Qualifications
- 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Proven oral and written communication skills with excellent business presentation abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and across organizational lines, including business units.
- Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated success in building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level leadership for the delivery of multiple projects.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for the program.
- Communicate with an executive committee.
- Create and report program status utilizing dashboards.
- Allocate resources across multiple projects.
- Define project governance policies.
- Manage the financial aspects of the program.
- Effectively utilize and communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
