Position Overview:

Dignitas, a By Light company, is seeking a strong and experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year single award IDIQ contract. The candidate for this position will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and act on his behalf as his Deputy in all Program Management functions to include: financial management, subcontractor management, schedule management, customer interface and internal team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors.
• Be responsible for tracking and maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics.
• Lead follow on proposal efforts.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or other related degrees.
• Must have at least 5-10 years of experience in project and resource management.
• DoD Contract Experience.
• Strong Financial Acumen.
• Proposal Experience.
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, distributed and virtual teams.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advance certification.
• NAWCTSD Customer Experience.
• Earn Value Management Experience.
• DoD Modeling Simulation and Training Background.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
