Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to join our Real Estate Workplace Services (REWS) Transportation team. As a cornerstone of our Parking team, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects that optimize parking operations, implement cutting-edge technology, and enhance the daily workplace experience for thousands of employees. This role requires a blend of high-level stakeholder engagement, technical implementation oversight, and the ability to scale solutions across a diverse global real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and execute priority parking projects, transitioning the program from traditional models to a data-driven.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse stakeholders—including Building Ownership, Property Management, Workplace Technical Services, General Contractors, and Electricians—to develop scalable solutions.
- Technology Implementation: Oversee the deployment of advanced parking technologies, such as occupancy sensors, RFID access controls, EV charging reservation systems, and Salesforce-integrated vehicle databases.
- Operational Optimization: Identify and implement workflows that maximize efficiency, streamline inventory management (for valet, events, and construction), and maintain high user satisfaction.
- Infrastructure & EV Support: Direct the expansion and maintenance of electrical vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, coordinating hardware and software upgrades to meet growing demand.
- Standardization & Scaling: Develop long-term strategies for construction planning, wayfinding, and operations that are globally consistent yet locally relevant.
- Risk & Budget Management: Actively manage project budgets (up to $5.5M annually) and mitigate risks associated with timeline reliability and administrative overload.
- Data Integrity: Ensure continuous evaluation of data integrity within systems and implement commissioning packages to improve project handoff to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: Obtained or willing to obtain a professional Project Management certification (e.g., Google Project Management: Professional Certificate).
- Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale operations or infrastructure projects, preferably within real estate or transportation sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Smart Technology ecosystems, API integrations, and asset management software.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead high-level engagement and act as a single point of contact for complex project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with EV charging infrastructure management, vehicle access control systems (e.g., license plate readers, gates), or parking reservation software.
- Scalability Mindset: Ability to build foundational processes that support rapid growth across hundreds of global office locations.
- Problem Solving: Skilled at resolving complex hardware requirements for smart buildings, including internet connectivity and radio frequency signal challenges.

As Program Manager, you will:
- Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
- Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
- Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
- Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
- Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, analyze trends, and work with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance.
- Work with both the regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff, and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year.
- Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.
