Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead equipment, automation, and operational improvement initiatives within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple plant projects from planning through completion.
- Lead equipment installation, automation, and technology initiatives.
- Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and project deliverables.
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and plant performance.
- 5-7 years of project/program management experience
- Experience with CAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up 30%
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
