Summary:
This position contributes to the work group by orchestrating cross-functional alignment, structuring and maintaining Azure DevOps (ADO) and the project plan for the Data workstream, and managing day-to-day digital intelligence activities. The role involves proactive risk management to ensure pilot projects can be scaled efficiently and deadlines are met. Effective communication with multiple levels of stakeholders and team members is essential to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled.
 
Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment.
  • Structure and maintain ADO and the project plan for the Data workstream.
  • Manage day-to-day digital intelligence activities.
  • Identify and manage risks proactively to ensure pilot projects can be scaled efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple levels of stakeholders and team members.
  • Set and attend meetings, manage Azure DevOps Features, run standups, create communications, and ensure product managers are informed on project status and risks.
 
Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree required, PMP or PMI certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO) is critical.
  • Data fluency, with an understanding of concepts like pipelines and data governance.
  • Experience in change management and agile planning.
 
Skills
  • Understanding of key data architecture and engineering terminology.
  • Strong note-taking skills for clear and concise documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical details into business terms.
  • Highly organized and proficient with Teams, ADO, and OneNote.
  • Curious problem-solver, flexible, and adaptable to change.
  • Strong negotiation skills to navigate competing priorities and secure buy-in.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $68.00 - $70.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
