    Description

    Enhancing lives through the power of dance

    The CEPP Program Manager is a part-time, temporary position responsible for project management for programs and events provided through Community Education and Public Programs (CEPP) including but not limited to Let's Dance, High School Choreographic Mentor Program (HSCMP), Dance talks and other Public Programs provided through CEPP.

    Essential Functions:

    Manage timelines and logistics for CEPP events Develop content for CEPP marketing materials including program flyers, social media, and monthly newsletter Update and manage website content for CEPP Manage development of curriculum for HSCMP including logistics and class schedules Teach and oversee rehearsals for Lets Dance/HSCMP when needed Manage vendor and partner invoices and contracts as directed by Advancement and CEPP Primary contact for SDP Lets Dance and HSCMP program overseeing and maintaining all district requirements Other job duties as required

    Supervisory Responsibility: Teaching Artists

    Expected Hours of Work:  Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.  This position will work a minimum 16 hours/week as scheduled with Supervisor.

    Travel:Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.

    Required Education and Experience:

    College degree or equivalent relevant work experience

    Experience in non-profit performing arts, preferably dance

    Minimum 5 years administrative experience in program management

    Experience with budgeting and data collection

    Experience with creative program development

    Experience as a teaching artist working with children and young adults

    Experience with project management

    Experience in event planning, budgeting, vendor contracts, logistics and project management

    Experience in developing content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials

    Proficient in Microsoft suite and event planning software
