Program Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager. This is a ten-month contract assignment based in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple interrelated projects that support a common strategic goal. This role will focus on driving stabilization and integration initiatives related to recent Environmental Solutions acquisitions. The Program Manager will provide overarching leadership coordination and stakeholder alignment to ensure projects progress cohesively and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Duties:

• Program Leadership & Strategy Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects within a larger program framework. Align program objectives with broader business goals and priorities. Partner with business and technology leaders to define roadmaps, dependencies, and success metrics.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Engage and influence stakeholders across business units and executive teams. Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Translate complex program details into clear communication for both technical and executive audiences.

• Organizational Change Management Drive adoption of new technologies and processes across teams. Assess organizational impacts and oversee training and change readiness activities.

• Program & Project Management Execution Manage complex cross-functional IT program portfolios using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional methodologies. Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. Flex seamlessly between detailed project tracking and strategic executive-level program reporting.

• Financial & Resource Oversight Manage budgets and resources for programs valued at $2M. Ensure optimal allocation of people, timelines, and financial investments. Communicate effectively with technical teams to support solution delivery.
