This Program Manager role sits within the Project Controls team and plays a critical role in supporting Facilities Services construction projects by transforming complex project data into actionable business insights. The team leverages PMWeb as its system of record to aggregate and manage capital project data, with a focus on tracking project health across budget, schedule, and overall performance. As the organization continues to enhance PMWeb through system upgrades, customizations, and integrations with enterprise tools, this role will be responsible for helping turn that data into meaningful portfolio and executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data management, analytics, and visualization, with experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining program management, data strategy, and business intelligence to drive visibility and decision-making across a large and evolving construction project portfolio.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $66.52 - $88.14 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
