Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters and exercise full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor.
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure 100% compliance with all performance requirements and service level standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan and Quality Control Plan.
  • Manage program budget, schedule, resources, risks, and any subcontractors or teaming partners.
  • Oversee transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure seamless continuity of services.
  • Deliver monthly status reports, project documentation, and executive-level briefings.
  • Ensure low employee turnover and that all vacancies are filled within required timelines.
  • Facilitate daily operational meetings and support Agile and traditional project methodologies.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
  • Active Top Secret / SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive IT program management experience on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity involving classified environments, application development, cybersecurity, network operations, and service desk support
  • PMP or equivalent (highly preferred)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
  • Proven leadership of multi-discipline IT teams in classified and cloud environments.
