IEM is seeking an individual to fill the role of Full Time - Program Manager. The Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, implementation, and performance of the City of Fort Lauderdale's Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) programs. This role provides day-to-day leadership across program areas, ensuring compliance with HUD requirements, approved Action Plan commitments, program policies, grant agreements, budgets, schedules, and performance standards. Serving as a primary operational lead, the Program Manager collaborates with City leadership, staff, consultants, contractors, subrecipients, and other stakeholders to support effective program delivery. This position requires residence in or willingness to travel or relocate to South Florida to support in-person coordination, stakeholder engagement, and field activities. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring accuracy and consistency.
