Program Manager

This role spearheads the strategic planning, sourcing, and execution of electronic and electromechanical components and assemblies for both commercial and military ventures. You'll oversee supplier relationships, cost control, and end-to-end delivery to guarantee compliance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of parts and FAA repairs. Key duties involve: driving business growth by targeting new markets, nurturing top-tier industry relationships, and staying ahead with market trends in avionics and electromechanical systems. You'll craft pricing strategies that align labor, materials, and overhead with financial objectives and lead risk assessments to navigate challenges with hard-to-source materials. Managing comprehensive programs, you'll oversee schedules, budgets, and technical coordination, ensuring suppliers align with stringent technical specs and quality standards like ITAR and FAA compliance. Collaborating across departments, you'll be pivotal in steering continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency, supplier relations, and technical collaborations, all while guiding informed sourcing and pricing decisions.
