Pay Range: $78 - $84/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute cross-functional programs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop structured plans, timelines, and operating processes.
- Provide clear executive-level updates (written, verbal, and presentations).
- Identify risks and implement operational improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
- Support planning and execution of partner visits and program launches.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Strong program management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Experience supporting the supply side of a two-sided marketplace.
- Background in tax, accounting, call center, or BPO industries.
