- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Lead the development of comprehensive plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
- Establish strong partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, functional departments, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure project goals are met.
- Proactively identify potential issues that may arise across cross functional teams and develop mitigation strategies to address risks and conflicts and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor program progress and performance, implementing adjustments to ensure success.
- Regularly update business and IX stakeholders on program progress and address concerns promptly to ensure transperent and effective commnunication.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources across programs to avoid duplication and optimize efforts.- Promote collaboration among diverse teams to achieve program objectives.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to address issues and establish a structured escalation pathway to the Leadership Team
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to address risks and dependencies identified by various stakeholders, including Martech teams, and align with teams on these dependencies.
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to provide updates and ensure that tasks are progressing as expected.
Technical Skills include: Reltio, MDM, SQL, AWS, SaFE Methodolgies Domain Knowledge: Healthcare - Pharma, BioTech, Medical Devices Business Knowledge: Healthcare : Finance, Commercial, Patient, Medical Products, Sales
Tools & Platforms: Reltio Mulesoft Lucidchart Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive):Word/Docs: For documenting requirements, specifications, and project documentation.
Excel/Sheets: For data analysis, reporting, and creating pivot tables and charts.
PowerPoint/Slides: For creating presentations to share with stakeholders.
JIRA: Agile Project Management Tool for creating user stories, tracking tasks, and managing sprints ServiceNow
