Program Manager, AI & Business Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational scalability, process optimization, and AI-enabled business transformation. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a deep interest in leveraging modern AI tools to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate business outcomes. This role requires someone who can move beyond simple project coordination to understand the underlying business need, build solutions, and drive execution from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business objectives, gather requirements, and translate needs into scalable solutions.

• Prioritize competing requests and initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment.

• Drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve operational performance.

• Support and enhance business systems, including Salesforce-based workflows, portals, automation frameworks, and escalation processes.

• Design and implement scalable operational programs capable of supporting high volumes of interactions and stakeholder engagement.

• Establish processes, reporting mechanisms, and governance structures that enable sustainable growth.

• Leverage AI technologies and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and increase team productivity.

• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Ownership & Execution

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives with minimal direction.

• Proven track record of driving projects to completion while proactively identifying and solving problems.

• Strong self-starter who consistently seeks opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Prioritization

• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities.

• Ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills with experience facilitating discussions between business and technical teams.

Business Discovery & Solution Development

• Proven ability to uncover the true business need behind stakeholder requests.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.

• Ability to design and implement scalable solutions that address business challenges and drive operational efficiency.

AI & Automation Expertise (Preferred)

The organization views AI proficiency as a significant differentiator for success in this role.

Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools such as:

• Claude

• Codex

• ChatGPT

• GitHub Copilot

• Similar AI productivity and automation platforms

Ideal candidates have used AI tools to:

• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows

• Improve documentation and process creation

• Accelerate analysis and decision-making

• Generate operational efficiencies

• Build scalable internal solutions

• Enhance productivity across programs and teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM and workflow platforms.

• Background supporting customer, partner, or operations-focused programs.

• Experience creating and managing escalation management processes.

• Experience building and scaling operational or partnership programs involving hundreds of stakeholder interactions.

• Prior experience working with startups, startup ecosystems, or rapidly growing organizations.

• Experience implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Rate Range: $72.20/hour to $86.68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
