HYBRID SCHEDULE
ENA offers a flexible hybrid work schedule that allows employees the opportunity to work from the office two days a week and at home three days a week. We are headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Program Manager plays a key role in supporting the development, growth, and delivery of ENA's core education portfolio, including TNCC, ENPC, CEN, and TNAC. This role manages multiple projects and program initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The Program Manager works closely with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality educational programs and experiences, while using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. This role also supports ongoing process improvement, program reporting, and operational planning to ensure programs are effectively delivered, aligned with organizational priorities, and provide value to ENA members and the broader nursing community.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position is a salaried/exempt position. The targeted offer range is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on a range of factors, including experience, education, certifications or specialized training, skill level and operational needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing in an exchange of information; collect, compile and prepare work documents; set-up and maintain work files.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Majority of work is performed in a general office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
