CAREERS\n \nJOIN OUR TEAM\n \nProgram Manager & Scheduler\n \nValidus\n \nFull Time\n \nUrbandale, IA\n \nAPPLY TO JOB\n \nVIEW ALL JOBS\n \nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n Lead client communication and producer meetings\n \n\n Manage contract auditors and track audit schedules and timelines\n \n\n Notify auditors of scheduled audits via emails and phone calls\n \n\n Coordinate with clients on upcoming deadlines and scheduling of audits\n \n\n Notify auditors of changes in audit schedules, biosecurity, and/or timelines\n \n\n Communicate any audit delays or issues with clients and internal team\n \n\n Participate in regular calls with Packers, Industry groups, and certification organizations\n \n\n Attend meetings and webinars to stay abreast of industry updates\n \n\n Answer client and auditor inquiries\n \n\n Source new auditors for program\n \n\n Track auditor performance and client satisfaction for future auditor placement\n \n\n Maintain detailed record of status for each client and escalate any high priority needs\n \n\n Develop and maintain effective, sound, and healthy communication with clients, auditors, and internal and external teams\n \n\n Other duties as assigned\n \n\n \nRequired Skills:\n\n Agricultural background and experience\n \n\n Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or related agriculture field and/or 10 years related experience\n \n\n Individual needs to be flexible with their audit scheduling as changes occur with clients\n \n\n Experience with customer service and/or management of contractors\n \n\n Attention to details and ability to track communication\n \n\n Strong ability to provide personable customer service while driving for action with given deadlines\n \n\n Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office\n \n\n Exceptional communication skills\n \n\n Strong aptitude for professionalism and courtesy\n \n\n Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning\n \n\n Ability to take direction\n \n\n Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively and efficiently\n \n\n Must have a team player attitude\n \n\n \nWorking Conditions: \n\n Urbandale, IA office\n \n\n* Travel: 0-5%\n \n\n \nAdditionally, due to the nature of the information handled within this position, complete confidentiality and refrain from conflict of interest is demanded, and failure to adhere to these requirements is a terminable offense.
