Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement
- Jira ownership: Build and maintain boards, workflows, reporting dashboards and ensure consistent use across teams
- Drive backlog management: ensure stories are defined, prioritized groomed
- Enable delivery: escalate blockers, track dependencies across workstreams
- Reporting: sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, risks/issues
- Stakeholder coordination: work with program manager, program lead, workstream leads, core program team, core stakeholders
Must-haves:
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience
- Deep Jira expertise: board configuration (assist with strategy to develop/operationalize), workflow setup, reporting (dashboards, filters, metrics)
- Confluence expertise
- Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams/workstreams
- Robust facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with risk/compliance/cybersecurity/GRC
- Familiarity with hybrid (agile + traditional PM) environments
- Experience supporting program-level reporting
