Job Description
Program Manager / Scrum Master
Onsite 4 days
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI/ML, Data Science, and Analytics programs—from ideation through deployment and optimization—ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
Own program outcomes, including roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple cross-functional teams.
Drive execution across Agile teams, maintaining clarity of scope, priorities, KPIs, and removing blockers to ensure consistent progress.
Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, product, and business leaders to align AI/ML initiatives with strategic business goals and measurable ROI.
Translate ambiguous business problems into structured AI/ML solutions with clear deliverables, success metrics, and impact.
Provide executive-level communication, including dashboards, status updates, risk assessments, and business case presentations to secure buy-in.
Champion and scale Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and disciplined delivery.
Establish governance, processes, and operating models to support scalable, enterprise-level AI/ML program execution.
Bring 8+ years of program management experience (with certifications preferred) and strong expertise in managing complex, cross-functional AI/ML initiatives at enterprise scale.
