Job Title: Program Manager - Decarbonization Standards & Sustainability Advocacy
Job Description
The Program Manager will lead and coordinate decarbonization standards and sustainability advocacy initiatives across global carbon, public policy, and business teams. This role focuses on shaping and enhancing organizational decarbonization standards strategy, engaging with external standards bodies and stakeholders, and translating industry-leading greenhouse gas accounting and net zero standards into actionable internal policies and data infrastructure. The Program Manager will serve as a key connector between sustainability science, technology, finance, and external partners to drive meaningful reforms and informed advocacy in the climate and sustainability space.

Work Environment
This role is structured as a 4‑month maternity leave coverage, offering the opportunity to step into a dynamic environment focused on decarbonization standards and sustainability advocacy. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams in sustainability science, technology, finance, public policy, and business units, collaborating across time zones and disciplines. The environment emphasizes partnership with external standards bodies, academics, and industry working groups, and involves regular reporting and stakeholder communication. Specific working hours, on-site versus remote expectations, and dress code will align with standard corporate professional norms and will be clarified during the hiring process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
