Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for Program Managers to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs within Amazon Transportation Services. These roles require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities

  • Be a network level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), train and assist the local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner and support network initiatives.
  • Drive Global standards roll-out in cross-country initiatives and participate in Global led projects.
  • Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports. Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits.
  • Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective.
  • Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements based on their findings to the entire network.
  • Work with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network and initiatives on cost reduction and process improvement for spare parts management, equipment maintenance and maintenance routines.
  • Ability to Travel up to 50%
