The Project Manager - Enterprise Architecture (EA) is responsible for leading the successful execution of a full range of business and IT architectural design and support services for TSA's ongoing efforts across solution architecture, portfolios, and enterprise architecture projects. This role oversees program delivery, contract lifecycle management, business planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will lead initiatives with TSA's Office of Information Technology (OIT) to improve TSA's EA and governance processes as TSA strives to meet its mission and move towards achieving its long-term strategic vision

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing TSA's EA Program, identifying opportunities to increase EA efficiency. improve information sharing and reduce costs within the EA environment.

  • Manage full contract lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

  • Develop and coordinate business plans, project budgets, and contractual documentation Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

  • Deliver executive-level presentations and status reports to stakeholders.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and foster high-performing project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as Project Manager.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong leadership, team building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects within airport environments or transportation.

  • PMP certification.
