Program Manager – STEM Nonprofit

Program Manager, Programs & AmeriCorpsKids in Tech is a growing Greater Boston nonprofit closing the opportunity gap in STEM. For a decade, we've brought hands-on tech education to students across Boston, Lowell, and beyond - and we're building the team to carry that work into our next stage of growth.We're hiring a Program Manager to own the day-to-day of our educational programs and Project SPARK, our AmeriCorps initiative across Boston and Lowell. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll lead through two program coordinators, own program quality and readiness across sites, manage school and partner relationships, and build the systems that let us scale. You won't do it all yourself - you'll make sure it all gets done, and done well.You'll thrive here if you've led youth or education programs, managed people, and want real ownership in an organization established enough to be stable and young enough that your work genuinely shapes it. AmeriCorps experience is a plus.This is a hybrid role based in Greater Boston, with regular in-person presence at our offices and program sites (about three days/week) and occasional evening or weekend events.Compensation & benefits: $70,000–$82,000, plus medical and dental, access to vision, and a 401(k) with employer match.Hiring process: application review, interviews, and reference checks.
