Program Manager

Schedule:
The Program Manager will support the ongoing Paramedic training program and coordinate day-to-day and programmatic requirements throughout course performance.

Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the administration, coordination, and daily operation of the Naval Special Warfare SOTM Paramedic Course of Instruction. The position will ensure that instructors, students, schedules, documentation, clinical activities, and program requirements remain properly coordinated and compliant with applicable standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of relevant program management or paramedic training experience.
• Must meet applicable LABEMS and CoAEMSP Program Manager requirements.
• Experience managing EMS, paramedic, medical education, or comparable training programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the SOTM Paramedic training program.
• Coordinate instructors, students, course schedules, clinical activities, and training requirements.
• Maintain required program records, evaluations, documentation, and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate regularly with NSW SOTM leadership, the Course Manager, and medical personnel to ensure program requirements are met.
