Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Talent Management to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of company-wide talent programs, including Performance Management, Goal Setting, and Talent Reviews.
The ideal candidate will have strong program management, stakeholder communication, change management, and talent management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual performance review, goal-setting, and talent review programs.
- Manage program planning, timelines, operations, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop training materials, communications, resources, and change management plans.
- Support managers, employees, and HR Business Partners throughout talent management processes.
- Partner with HR Technology teams to optimize systems supporting talent programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader HR initiatives.
- Analyze talent data and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Development.
- Strong experience with Talent Reviews and Performance Management.
- Experience managing organization-wide talent management programs.
- Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of talent management best practices and metrics.
- Experience with change management and developing communication strategies.
Preferred
- Experience with Oracle HCM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong data-driven approach to evaluating talent program effectiveness.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $71.00per hour.
