Mandatory Qualifications
"Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related
field. Or equivalent work experience."
"A minimum of ten (10) years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least three
(3) years of leadership experience and five (5) years in managing projects."
"Experience managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting
of multiple projects."
Experience developing the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project plans.
Experience integrating projects and adjusting project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
"Experience communicating with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants on the
program strategy, direction and changes."
Experience delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
Experience tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
