In this role you will:


+ Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps spanning multiple workstreams and contributing teams.

+ Align milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines while adapting to evolving priorities.

+ Establish and operate effective governance, change control, and escalation.


What You'll Do at Pega:


Lead Strategic, Customer‑First Programs


+ Define program vision, objectives, and success metrics aligned to business strategy and customer outcomes, with customer satisfaction as the #1 measure of success.

+ Own executive ROI accountability by defining value baselines, reaffirming ROI at major decision points, and governing scope changes through quantified business impact.

+ Apply programmatic methodology consistently to maintain alignment, delivery discipline, and objective tracking throughout the lifecycle.


Execution & Delivery Oversight


+ Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and financial health.

+ Drive forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting to proactively surface risks and recovery needs.

+ Recognize that customer‑first delivery paired with proven program methodology is foundational to sustainable profitability.


Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence


+ Lead and influence globally distributed teams across engineering, product, operations, partners, and business stakeholders—without direct authority.

+ Drive shared ownership, accountability, and delivery cadence across all program contributors.

+ Ensure effective transitions from planning through execution.

What You've Accomplished:


+ 8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross‑functional environments

+ Proven ownership of delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk

+ Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models

+ Demonstrated success leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or enterprise software delivery programs

Additional Information


Base salary range for this role is 141,400 - 215,400 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.


The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
