Program Manager

Job Category: Professional Services

Location: US - Florida - Remote

Meet Our Team:

The Senior Program Manager is the organizational steward of customer success and delivery excellence at Pegasystems. This role leads complex, cross-functional programs that deliver strategic business outcomes — placing the customer's success above all else as the non-negotiable north star of every decision, milestone, and engagement close-out. The Senior Program Manager owns end-to-end program execution — from defining objectives and success metrics through delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication — while influencing without direct authority across multiple teams and senior leaders. Accountability spans scope, schedule, budget, quality, and financial health. This role serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing transparency, thought leadership, and proactive leadership throughout the program lifecycle.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

+ Define program vision, objectives, and success metrics aligned to business strategy and client or organizational outcomes, with customer satisfaction as the #1 measure of success.

+ Translate strategic goals into clear, measurable program outcomes and key results anchored to the customer's north star.

+ Anticipate risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts early, with mitigation strategies in place.

+ Lead enterprise-level customer satisfaction strategy, embedding continuous feedback mechanisms across sprints, governance forums, milestone debriefs, and engagement close-out validation.

+ Own executive ROI accountability by defining value baselines, re-affirming ROI at major decision points, and governing scope changes through quantified business impact.

+ Apply programmatic methodology consistently to ensure north star alignment, resource discipline, and objective tracking remain on course throughout every phase of delivery.

Program Planning & Roadmap Management

+ Develop and maintain an integrated program roadmap across multiple workstreams and contributing teams.

+ Align milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines while adapting plans as priorities evolve — always anchored to the customer's north star.

Execution & Delivery Oversight

+ Own delivery of one or more complex programs to agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

+ Drive consistent forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting to ensure program health — proactively offering or asking for assistance when a workstream is at risk.

+ Actively manage risks, issues, and recovery plans to keep programs on track or return them to green status.

+ Ensure delivery approaches align with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies, harmonized with stakeholder or client practices.

Who You Are:
