Program Manager Technical (Jira, Confluence, eCommerce)
Location: Hybrid-Sunnyvale, CA (2 days on site)
Duration: 6 months

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a technical program manager leading large and cross-functional initiatives
- Previous experience as a systems or software engineer
- Experience in the eCommerce industry, ideally retail eCommerce
- Comfortable communicating with senior leadership up to and including VP or SVP
- Several years of experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and track program execution
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with eCommerce
- Experience in Catalog, Search, and SEO
- Experience managing other TPMs
Responsibilities
- Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems.
- Identify and analyze systems requirements and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Lead strategic initiatives in the eCommerce Discovery space, including work across the Home Page, Item Pages, Search, SEO, and Catalog integrations.
- Manage across several complex systems and major cross-functional dependencies.
- Ensure updates and communications flow through enterprise channels and fit within broader TPM updates and processes.
- Build out plans for program execution.
- Orchestrate and drive execution of plans and track progress.
- Managing risks and issues, communicating and escalating where necessary
- Communicating status and risks to leadership
