Program Manager Technical (Jira, Confluence, eCommerce)

Location: Hybrid-Sunnyvale, CA (2 days on site)

Duration: 6 months

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a technical program manager leading large and cross-functional initiatives
  • Previous experience as a systems or software engineer
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry, ideally retail eCommerce
  • Comfortable communicating with senior leadership up to and including VP or SVP
  • Several years of experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and track program execution
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience with eCommerce
  • Experience in Catalog, Search, and SEO
  • Experience managing other TPMs
Responsibilities
  • Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Identify and analyze systems requirements and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in the eCommerce Discovery space, including work across the Home Page, Item Pages, Search, SEO, and Catalog integrations.
  • Manage across several complex systems and major cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ensure updates and communications flow through enterprise channels and fit within broader TPM updates and processes.
  • Build out plans for program execution.
  • Orchestrate and drive execution of plans and track progress.
  • Managing risks and issues, communicating and escalating where necessary
  • Communicating status and risks to leadership
