Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (PgM) to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution and delivery. The role will require strong program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, delivery oversight, and the ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery governance. Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments. Partner with engineering, product, QA, operations, business, and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Establish program governance, reporting, dashboards, status reviews, and executive-level communications. Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-functional blockers. Lead triage, defect management, RCA, and escalation processes to ensure timely resolution. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization across program delivery. Track program financials, resource utilization, schedules, and overall delivery health. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, working sessions, and program reviews. Ensure effective transition, KT, release planning, and operational readiness. Leverage AI/GenAI capabilities to improve reporting, analysis, RCA, documentation, and overall program efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: With strong hands-on System Program Management background, and where SCM exposure can be considered a good-to-have capability.
