Job Description
Overview:
Oversees multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering value through effective coordination and leadership. Acts as a strategic orchestrator, managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of projects from initiation through closure (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Manage scope, schedule, and quality of deliverables
- Develop and execute SOWs, manage change control
- Own customer engagement, build trust, and manage expectations
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Identify and manage project risks/issues, develop mitigation plans
- Deliver structured communications, status reports, and presentations
- Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency
- Use digital tools for project management and reporting
- Advocate for customer needs and escalate concerns
- Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred
Essential Skills:
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Financial acumen and risk management
- Proficiency in project management tools
