Job Summary
The Loudoun County Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure (DTCI) is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Program Manager to lead the Transportation Planning team. The Program Manager-Transportation Planning is part of the Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering division. This positions responsibilities include supervising planning and engineering staff and managing program activities related to short and long-range transportation planning, as well as data collection and warrant studies. The Transportation Planning team works closely with other County agencies such as the Department of Planning and Zoning, the Department of Building and Development, and County Administration.

Flexible scheduling is also available to address required meeting attendance outside of normal business hours.
Hiring salary is commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in field related to assigned area, such as Planning, Public Administration, Public Policy, Engineering or related field; four (4) years of related, progressively responsible work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Contingencies and Special Requirements
The position requires occasional attendance at meetings outside normal business hours to present information to the Board of Supervisors and/or other stakeholder groups.
A valid drivers license is required.
Employment is contingent upon successful background check completion, to include criminal, credit, and driving record checks.
