We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Value Analysis initiatives for Surgical Services. This role is responsible for driving product evaluations, supply chain optimization, and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining or improving clinical quality across perioperative and procedural departments. The Program Manager will serve as a liaison between physicians, clinical staff, supply chain, and finance to standardize products, coordinate trials, and ensure data-driven decision-making in support of organizational goals.
Lead product evaluations, value analysis initiatives, and supply chain optimization projects within perioperative and procedural settings
Use data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining or improving clinical quality
Facilitate consensus among physicians, clinical staff, supply chain, and finance stakeholders regarding product and process changes
Coordinate new product trials, product conversions, and equipment standardization initiatives
Measure and report on the success of value analysis projects, including cost savings, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency
Serve as a key member of the healthcare value analysis committee

Experience in healthcare value analysis, supply chain, or perioperative services
Proven experience leading product evaluations, value analysis initiatives, or supply chain optimization projects
Strong data analysis skills, experience evaluating clinical, financial, and supply chain data to drive decisions
Experience gaining consensus among physicians, clinical staff, supply chain, and finance stakeholders
Experience coordinating product trials, conversions, or equipment standardization initiatives
Experience working in perioperative services, procedural departments, materials management, or healthcare value analysis committees
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
